This. It ends up being roughly 40% of my calories.

I don't do net carbs... I just count them as is. I average about 40 a day. They come from veggies mostly but also eggs, cream and Splenda in my coffee, flax, natural PB, ricotta, 90% cocoa, nuts, cheese, ranch, or SF marinara sauce. Obviously, these items are not all eaten on the same day!

I'm just restarting, so can get away with more carbs right now and still lose. I average approx. 30-40 net and those come from non-starchy veggies, avocado, some raw nuts, LC beer or wine, eggs and dairy like greek yogurt, half and half in my coffee, and cheese.

I try to keep it under 30 but the carb count in my plain dannon yogurt is always a puzzle so it may actually be more. Carbs come from veggies berries and yogurt

I think it depends on how you feel. I feel best with none. Or rather, the small traces in eggs, hard cheeses and meats and fish. I eat salad veggies, too but not daily. Where do you feel best?

I don't necessarily count them and keep track of them, but I do pay attention to the carbs in what I eat... so I'd estimate I usually wind up somewhere around 30, possibly less. I'm sure there are days I may be closer to 40 but almost all my carbs come from healthy veggies and dairy and nuts. This is total carbs by the way. I'm sure my net would be much lower considering my sources of carbs

25-26 net right now. (less every other day because I do JUDDD too). And that is from veggies, cheese, almonds, HWC and the very occasional berries.

I agree with the above 2 posters, I have to adjust my carb intake periodically. Right now I'm eating about 30g net carbs/day, try to stay under 50g total carbs/day. I track everything in my online nutrition tracker so I can look back on when I lost weight (or didn't) and try and make correlations to carb intake. I also note other things like exercise, menstrual cycle etc. though because sometimes the gain/loss is not strictly carb related.

I usually take in 20 - 25g a day. They come from the trace carbs found in eggs, hard cheese, nuts and heavy cream. I eat a lot of the LC veggies, and subtract the fiber, and also eat 1/2 an avocado once in awhile. I have to be pretty LC to get results, but in my case eating too much protein also causes problems, so on my higher protein days I will reduce carbs and vice versa. As long as I don't go to high on the combination of protein/carb, I can keep my body in ketosis.

Usually less than 20 total carbs, so probably somewhere between 10 and 15 net. They come from veggies and the occasional dairy. I'm trying to cut out dairy, but cheese is so darn delicious!
