Had an insanely busy week last week, so took the day off yesterday to cook and prepare for the week.

B: Earl grey tea with 1 half-and-half, 2 splenda
L: Chicken breast seasoned with homemade taco seasoning and topped with sauce of green salsa, green chilis, pepper jack cheese, sour cream and green onions.
yellow squash cassarole with celery, red onion, mayo, and lots of cheddar cheese
D: probably scrambled eggs with tomato, green onion, and pepperjack cheese

L- tilapia with tartar sauce (Frisch's tartar sauce is only 2 carbs for 2 TBSP has no sugar in it:D), salad with green peppers, celery, and blue cheese dressing, 1/2 an avacodo
S- cheeseburger, celery with mascarpone cheese, SF jello with whipped HWC:yummy:

Dinner
2 mugs of cream of vegetable soup with Stilton

The soup is half an onion, a head of broccoli, 1 courgette and half a red pepper, cooked in chicken stock, seasoned and blitzed until smooth, served with a dollop of cream stirred in, and some crumbled Stilton. Makes 3 mugfuls.

I really enjoy reading your menu's. Is a rasher the same as a slice? And i have no idea what a courgette or stilton is, but the soup sounds very interesting and good.
