I'm back after a long absence, regain of 25 pounds,and feeling disgusted with myself. . Here's to new beginnings!

S - 1 pkg. Planter's wholesome nut mix, diet Coke

D - chicken tenders coated in almond flour and fried, zucchini sauteed in butter/olive oil

I am very prone to stomach issues. Taking my class on a field trip to one of the California missions today (freeway driving) means I can't risk eating anything until we get back. Going to be starving!

Breakfast: 1x coffee with coconut milk and 1 tbsp co
spicy chicken sausage cooked in co, small portion of sweet potatoes in co, veggies
Lunch: tuna salad made with 1 avocado, lemon juice, salt and pepper with cucumber and carrots
Dinner: chicken and veggies cooked in co and maybe a small piece of fruit for dessert if I feel like it.

Happy Monday!! Goal this week is to stay away from the bars until at least the weekend.. I slowly want to cut them out and quit using them. Anyways, its day 4 for me! :) ... Dont plan to weigh myself/update my stats again until Friday!
For today:

B- Coffee w/ 1 T HWC
L- 2 blt lettuce wraps (bacon, tomato, & mayo wrapped in romaine) with 1 & 3/4 cup stir fry veggies on the side - 34 oz water
D- 3 blt lettuce wraps, 1 oz walnuts - 34 oz water
sn- Unsweetened green tea/water

Totals= 1,167 calories, 104g total fat, 24g saturated fat, 24 total carbs, 13 net!

Lunch: I have a bit of leftover steak in there - may throw it on a salad in a bit
Dinner: Something with chicken breast tenders as that's what I have thawed out. Stir fry maybe?

Oh that is odd. I will look into it. I can get miracle rice at my lowcarb grocery store that is on the other side of the city or I can order it from there and pay shipping. How about you?

Hi Heather, I think it is basically coffee with butter...
