I'm addicted to Seagrams key lime seltzer. No sweet taste and delish to me. I only use stevia in anything sweet ( not coffee). I also use coconut milk in coffee in place of heavy cream since I have given up almost all dairy

Hi I have been working on cutting out several things.

Artificial sweetener is one. I have not had a Diet Dr. Pepper in over a week!

I'm drinking unsweet tea & water. I just bought but have not tried sparkling mineral water. sometimes i just want those bubbles.

I'm off sugar and flour after a 12 month binge...

I just hope I can make it.

I have tried but my sweet tooth does not go away. I do notice when I remove AS that things like green beans taste way sweeter than when my taste buds are flooded with splenda throughout the day hehe

Unfortunately a way of eating which removes AS is just not sustainable for me, personally

But I certainly can cut down!

Aw thanks! And anyone who can cut out AS as well as sugars inspires me
I had been thinking about cutting back, and this thread made me think, well if they go all the way, I can go part way!

It's been a week, and there has only been one day I haven't craved sweet. It's kind of tough!

I'm using stevia in my herbal tea, but I only use about 5 drops in 32 ounces now. Less each day.

I've also made the decision to cut out artificial sweeteners. It has been nearly two weeks since my last Diet Pepsi. Feels good! Thought it would get rid of my chest pains and it hasn't though

I just went to gardening seminar--did you know that artif. sweeteners are loaded with GMO- genetically modified organisms. Most of the US food products in the USA has GMO in them--for human consumption. Even China does not use GMO for human food.
In the past it was only plant products--but now they have a new salmon whose DNA has been altered by the use of GMO splicing. The salmon is suppose to grow faster. And the government is trying to pass legislation to NOT allow non-GMO products to be labels as such.
What is in our future?
