1 Month Anniversary on LC

Been on these boards for years and this is the first time I REALLY feel in control of my woe.Im so HAPPY.I didnt really start out as strict this time around as usual and I'm finding the longer im in ketosis that my body is just naturally gravitating to cleaner eating.I used the Atkins Bars and shakes the first 2 weeks and now I think they are:sick:lol...I still enjoy Crystal Lite but who knows??Maybe I wont want it soon either.I'm LOVING seeing the scale move a few ounces to a few lbs everyday,so its easy to choose celery over almonds as my snack.I have soooooo much control over my appetite.ALL my family(3 Dds and 5 grandbabies) up for the week and junk food EVERYWHERE and I could care less.:dunno:And I'm serious:stars:
Everyone notices my weightloss already as I carried it all in my middle.Im down 2 pant sz and using a belt to cinch myself up.
So much valuable info on these boards and so much support.Thanks.

Yes thats me:)and yes,several grandbabies!No ,im not doing formal exercise right now.
My menu varies but heres the last several days.

B-Coffee w/ 1 TBSP cream and 1 TBSP sf maple syrup
L- scrambled eggs w/ a pat of butter on 1/2 a lc pita and 16 oz water
s-celery and ranch and 16oz Crystal Lite
D-Shrimp Scampi w/ broccoli and butter sauce 16 oz Crystal Lite

B-Coffee
L-tuna salad on 1/2 a lc pita 16 oz Crystal lite
S-cherry tomatoes and cheese stix 16 oz Water
D- Salmon ,Broccoli w/ TBSP butter 24 oz lemon water

B-fried egg and ham "sandwhich" coffee and 16 oz water
L/D-4 Salami Rollups,4 grape tomatoes, 4 celery stix,2cheese stix,ranch dressing and 4 ounces red wine 24 oz Crystal Lite

B-coffee and scrambled egg w/ pat of butter 16 oz water
s-celery w/ ranch dressin 16 oz Crystal Lite
L/D-Crab legs w drawn butter,Broccoli 24 oz lemon water
