Right now, a mint chocolate chip shake omg it's so freaking good. It's Syntrax Nectar mint chocolate chip protein powder. I got a sample of it and it's so good.
B: coffee with splenda and hot tea
L: 2-3 pieces gefilte fish
D: kelp noodles with 1 meatball or 2-3 oz grilled chicken
B- bacon, eggs scrambled with cheese, green peppers, a tbsp HWC, garlic salt and pepper, coffee with HWC
L- chicken with broccoli and almonds, ice tea
D- probably a cheeseburger patty and a salad
The problem is that I ate everything what was on menu for today.
1. quark+protein powder
2. chicken, gem salad
3. tin tuna, aubergine, cheese, 3 small tomatoes
B: Nothing. Coffee w/HH, Cocoa Powder, SFV
L: 2 Hot dogs, Mayo
D: Kielbasa w/LC BBQ Sauce, 2 Fried Eggs
Day 1... AGAIN :down: I realize my problem is probably the alcohol that I drink on the weekends while still on induction. I do GREAT sun-thurs but fri-sat my will power goes out the window and I end up eating every off plan thing in site.. Not allowing alcohol during induction this time. Hopefully this will help fix the problem. Drank alcohol last weekend and with school this week I've have been stressed to the max and trying to recover. I know its completely my fault and only I got myself to where I'm at. With that said, I'm getting STRICT starting today. Doing induction for two weeks minus the walnuts which I dont have a problem overeating. Also trying to greatly limit my dairy consumption! & NO alcohol for at least two weeks. Summers only a couple months away.. I need to get it together!

L- 4 oz chicken breast cooked in 1 T oil (unfortunately ran out of EVOO), 1/2 cup cucumbers tossed in Italian dressing
D- BLT wraps (6 slices bacon, 2 T mayo, half a roma tomato - sliced, all wrapped in romaine leaves) along w/ 1 oz of walnuts
Sn- half an Atkins bar
+ At LEAST 3 liters water
= 1,129 calories, 99g total fat, 23g sat fat, 24 total carbs, 16 net

Just updating my menu....

roast chicken and a side of mashed cauli and a wee bit of l/c cranberry sauce
Turkey, cheese, pickle, hard boiled egg
Poached egg arugula with mayo and lemon juice
Left over steak, asparagus, mayo
Pork chop, salad
nuts and cheese for snacks, maybe
I screwed around in the computer... decided to go do the fasting bloodwork the doctor ordered. (Never going to be a good time to do it.) Got to the lab after 10, got my blood drawn (Dang, couldn't get into the vein, OUCH!!) then brunch at the Resturant.
4 sausage, 4 eggs scrambled, Tea with lemon & Splenda.
Had lunch at home ~2. 2 beef burgers I had already cooked (in butter), 2 walnuts (no craving yet), Rasberry herbal Tea w/ Splenda.
7 days on Re-Start.

L Pizza bake w cheeses,pepperoni,onion+ olives,sf twist up
D Burger Scramble Florentine from recipe rm,my fav recipe,sf tea

L: I packed tuna salad with celery stick dippers, Arizona iced pomegranate green tea
Snack: If I need it I have turkey, cream cheese, pickle rollups and almonds
D: Not sure yet. Hubby is taking me out to dinner - may be prime rib, veggie and salad

Ok, I don't really do breakfast lunch and dinner anymore. I just eat when I'm hungry.
Today I had:
1 gallon of fluids: green tea & water
2 pieces of baked fish sprinkled with spices and a little Parmesan cheese
Roughly 1/2lb of shrimp dipped in melted butter
1 TBSP peanut butter mixed with about 1/2 cup of whipped cream that I sweetened with a little stevia.
2 pints black coffee, no sweeteners
3 eggs, scrambled with cream and butter
4 rashers smoked bacon
4 fried mushrooms
Mug of cream of vegetable soup
2 home made burgers
Heinz Blue Cheese dressing
L: I had a taco salad with seasoned ground beef, cheese, salsa, a few black olives, and guacamole. Ice tea to drink
D: We went to a local Mexican restaurant. I tried a new dish that was grilled chicken breast strips with chorizo...yum! What a great combo :heart:
We went on a nice 55 minute walk before dinner, so I am starting to get my exercise in (finally) :jumpjoy:
