Well, my scale is useless for the next week or so.
Knee's swelling.
(And THIS, boys and girls, is why it's important both to MEASURE and to not get hung up on the scale!) |

I've been battling a swollen right knee and allergies for February. My scale hasn't budged, but my clothes (and skin) is looser.
Not that I don't wish that scale would move, but it sure helps to remember that it's not all about the number on it. |

Yup.
Sometimes you weigh more for reasons that have nothing to do with your fat-loss. Just wish I'd picked a less painful reason! (I hate this... First time it's been this bad since I moved.) |
