Went to bed last night feeling a bit off and it stuck around all day, upset tummy, and frequent bathroom breaks.
B- Bulletproof coffee (evco, butter, whey, and an egg) this is before I knew how bad I was going ti end up feeling! L- Nothing D- home made chicken burgers and green beans if I am up for it. Trying to drink lots of water but I don't really want anything. |
GAVIV -- The recipe is from the book Well Fed, so I can't give it out without violating copyright. But, I highly recommend that book! It's my favorite recipe book and we've loved everything I've made from it. My entire family begs for the Cinnamon Beef, even the toddler.

I'm up to an unacceptable level right now, so sticking strictly to plan. I've been doing too much cheating lately, and it's showing. Very austere today.

Pizza in a bowl with mushrooms, olives, sausage and pepperoni. All the club soda I can hold. Probably something else, but I had not idea what that will be.
