Good morning!! Where are you Amber???

coffee/hwc x 2 and vco
2 eggs, 2 bacon and 1 l/c roll
steak bites, mashed cauli/celeriac
pate and a dill pickle

Morning: 2 fried eggs, 3 oz feta cheese, the last coconut/zucchini muffin (yay!)
Evening: mackerel 'bread' (minced mackerel packed in water, egg, spread thin and bake), basil/olive spread (basil, parmesan, olive paste, sunflower seeds, soy yogurt), mixed salad with radish, zucchini, more sunflower seeds,tomato and olive oil.

B - Kim's flaxmeal cinnamon muffin from Linda's site. Reminds me of muffin in a minute, but a little drier - which I like (mims are too moist on the bottom). However, the taste is....well, there is no taste, so probably won't make these again unless I add a little more sweetner.

Ooooo Meli-Mel - the pepperoni chips sound good dipped into the guacamole. I've been trying to find something for to dip with other than tortilla chips. I have tried the pork rinds, and although I like them, I don't like them dipped into guac or cheese sauce.

rotay60 -- have you tried dipping slices of baby red pepper into your guac? It's pretty tasty and less oily than peperoni. :D

Ok I have been trying to figure this out for weeks now.....what is Hwc??? I'm not a coffee drinker but I see a lot of people drink coffee with hwc.

Hi everybody,
I will write the truth and only truth
1. 150g quark, 1/2 portion of protein powder (whey)
2. 100g smoked mackerel, 100g cauliflower, 50 g mozzarella, 2 slices hard cheese
afternoon tea: 100g smoked salmon, 20 g nuts
3.dinner: 70 g lamb liver, 5 slices bacon, 1 spoon mayonnaise, 50g water crest salad

I think I cannot lose weight by this way

most common breakfest is nothing (coffee with HWC)

I do not drink coffee and it could be my problem. :)

L- small caesar salad and 5 bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers
S- 10 salted almonds
D- cabbage casserole with 1 tbs sour cream and spinach with vinegar
S- spicy salami slices

Lots of water ( have only had 50 oz so far so better get drinking)
