What's your LC menu/carb count for those who workout trenuously?
I'm having trouble fueling for tougher/longer workouts. I do a variety. Most are an hour long. For cardio, I do step, kickbox, drills, interval, HiiT or running. Weights can be be circuits, high reps of weight work or heavy lifting. For cardio, I normally burn 700-1200 calories per hour. Much less with weight work.
I recently read, you can't lose weight by exercising. This really stumped me. However, I'm finding this true since I've been working out for years, yet the weight remains. :(
I have read some cannot sustain intense workous while doing LC or that working out stalls some. I've been doing 30 minutes or less, I just miss the longer workouts and feel like I'm losing endurance and strength. Of course, the main goal is to get to a smaller size. I know many have had great success with little to no exercise.
Please share your thoughts or ideas. :dunno:
