I've just restarted, after a long break & using up questionable foods in the house... I used to keep Jimmy Dean ham & cheese omlettes in the freezer. I added a few peperoni slices to the top this morning (my last one). I just wanted to try some added fat. It actually was pretty good. Maybe I've needed more fat in my diet.
I'm still burning off carbs 3 days in, but wanted to try some fat to kill the cravings which were pretty bad on day 2. I took my reading glasses to the store yesterday & read packages. I think I made some good choices, now to keep track as I try them each. |

B- coffee w/ 1 T HWC L- 1 oz walnuts - 1/3 of a protein bar D- 8 slices bacon , organic cherry tomatoes sprinkled w/ saltSn- late night serving of pumpkin bake Green tea/water throughout the day! = 925 calories, 79g total fat, 29g sat fat, 22 total carbs, 11 net! Still have 275 calories left... so may add in another oz of walnuts later or some pepperoni if needed..Just dont think ill be hungry.. Taking advantage of this loss of hunger feeling

Today was all messed up. I had a doctor's appointment at 2:00 and had to have blood tests (fasting and all) so no food all day
![]() Then I went overboard at dinner. We went to a French restaurant in Seattle. Mostly on plan, aside from a few things but I ate too much Seriously, going back to strict low carb tomorrow. |
