Yuba - Tofu Skin

Anyone knows the calorie and carb count for this?

For who doesn't know, yuba is the skin forming on soy milk when it's heated. It is removed and dried, either in sticks or in sheets.

I cannot find it on nutrition data, there is a nutritional label on the package but it's in Chinese and what I read as carbs seem way to high for a soy milk product.

I Googled "tofu skin yuba nutrition" and went to the food.com site.
It has a recipe for making it yourself, plus nutritional info.

I thought I had a package around here, but can't find it.
