Weekend Trip

So I'm going to my parents for a long weekend with three kids who are all more-or-less involved in LC. I'm strict Atkins and my older daughter really wants to stay in ketosis for multiple reasons. My other two kids just want to eat well.

I need ideas. Here's what I'm thinking:
  • Scottish eggs
  • Atkins bars (behaps some others as well)
  • Sugar free candy (to help with the event two kids are going to)
  • jerky (do they mak tofu jerky for vegetarians? ;) )
  • bacon/lettuce/cheese sandwiches (love those romaine hearts!)
  • egg salad on flax-seed focaccia
  • almonds and macadamia nuts

What would you add to the list?

Nut butter and flax crackers (Flackers)
Individually wrapped cheeses (Laughing Cow or Bonabel)
Vaccuum packs of salmon and tuna and mayonnaise
Hard-boiled eggs
Plain Greek yogurt
Cream cheese-based dip with cut up raw veggies (I like a dip made of cream cheese and smoked salmon combined in the food processor)

I'd also volunteer to make big breakfasts of eggs, sausage or bacon and have a plan if your parents want to go out to eat. There's usually something I can eat at a restaurant, even if it's just a burger with no bun.

I'm going on a weekend trip also. I was planning on bringing Jerky, Almonds, Pepperoni slices, string cheese, pork rinds.
