From Netrition!

I now have a 90-day supply of my "base" supplements... and couple free samples of some things I didn't want.

lol Junk-samples aside, I'm excited to be adding these back into my regemine. The multi I got ("Alpha-Betic") has a lot of things (chromium, alpha-lipoic acid) that I was having to take as separate supplements, before. AND it "mega-doses" the B-complex -- which I prefer, but wasn't able to get with the pre-natals I was taking before. (SEE: my various rants about Vitamin K being in all multi-vitamins except pre-natals, for a while.)

I am anxiously awaiting my Netrition order!! My "much needed" magnesium supplement and chia seeds should arrive any day!! Can't wait!!

LOL, I threw out my free samples from last time. I'll check out those multis, I've been looking for a good one. Does it have iron? My current one does but it is making me nauseated so I think I need an iron-free one.

Surprisingly, no iron. (I don't worry about supplementing iron much, as I cook in cast iron and eat so much beef and dark-green veggies like broccoli. I hadn't even checked for it.)

Yay! I just got my box the other day and am already planning a reorder. Those multis sound good. I'll have to take a look at the choices.

And yeah, if you got the same samples I got, I agree that I'd rather they just didn't waste their time and effort. First, they were geared towards men, and second, they were scary looking and sounding. haha. If my whole cart is LC, I wish they'd send a LC sample of something - maybe a bar or small sample of CO or something yummy.

Thanks, the profile does look pretty good. If I get them I might have to cut down on my cod liver oil, but otherwise they aren't duplicating anything else I take except magnesium.
