B- HUGE unsweetened green tea
L- 4 slices bacon, 3 HB egg whites drizzled in chili sauce, 1 serving walnuts - 34 oz water D- 6 slices bacon, garlic/onion cauliflower "rice" sauteed in EVOO - 34 oz water sn- last serving of pumpkin bake! - 34 oz water =1,057 calories, 86g fat, 27g sat fat, 22 total carbs, 13 net! Know my calories should be closer to 1200 so I may try and find another snack later but honestly probably wont be hungry. |
