L- 4 slices bacon, 3 HB egg whites drizzled in chili sauce, 1 serving walnuts - 34 oz water
D- 6 slices bacon, garlic/onion cauliflower "rice" sauteed in EVOO - 34 oz water
sn- last serving of pumpkin bake! - 34 oz water

=1,057 calories, 86g fat, 27g sat fat, 22 total carbs, 13 net!

Know my calories should be closer to 1200 so I may try and find another snack later but honestly probably wont be hungry.

32 oz of water so far...having trouble getting at least 64oz...too full!

L-2 mini omelets ( made ahead of time so they need to get eaten) and 27 oz of water
D- taco salad and 27oz water
S- McD's coffee with 10% cream and s/f vanilla, 20 salted almonds

Plan to have 1 more 27oz's of water
