Oh yeah that's a good part. Unfortunately I have to fight my 3 year old for it. Lets just say he knows what the good stuff is!

Yum...I used to be more of a New York Strip gal myself, but since I've been eating LC, I have switched to ribeyes, and didn't know what I was missing! Yum!

Oh yeah! The last time we at out at a steakhouse, I asked for the fattiest ribeye they had in the kitchen. Eyebrows were raised, but they complied and it was delicious! Love the fatty, crispy edges on a ribeye.

Lol they will raise their eyebrows to a fatty steak but will stuff down candy all the time!!

When I was a little girl, my favorite part of ANY meat was the slightly-burned fat.

Now, once again, I get to enjoy it and grin!

Never thought of asking for the fattiest steak when we go out... But you bet I'm going to, next time!
