L- 1 oz. Turkey Jerky, 1 oz. peanuts D- More leftover meatballs and sausage in sauce and green beans with butter S- Whatever's left for my daily intakes! LOTS of WATER!! Although I haven't had as much today and feel shaky with a headache. I'd better get drinking!! |

Lol nothing fancy.
![]() Shredded cauliflower (I used half of a big head), one egg, 4 oz ricotta cheese (I used ricotta to lower the calories but cream cheese would do as well), 1 tsp mustard. Mix all and pour into muffin tins and bake, I made eight in total. The original recipe had mashed cauliflower rather than raw shredded but I was afraid it would overcook in the oven so I used it raw. |
