L~ garlic chicken leg 1 c spinach o/v D~ 2 c seafood stew (shrimp/cod/headless skinless sardines 1/2 stick butter 1 Tbsp minced garlic 1 Tbsp minced parsley 1 tsp onion powder s/p 1 quart water simmered on low for 1 hour) |

L: shirataki noodles with shrimp and Alfredo sauce D: chicken breast with cheese and bacon Lots of water and no snacks |

B- 1 egg, 1/3 c. egg white, 10g cheddar, 2 spinach leaves, fried in 1 tbsp butter = omelet along with 4 c. coffee w/ 2 tbsp HWC
L- 1 oz. Turkey Jerky, 1 oz. peanuts D- More leftover meatballs and sausage in sauce and green beans with butter S- Whatever's left for my daily intakes! LOTS of WATER!! Although I haven't had as much today and feel shaky with a headache. I'd better get drinking!! |
