B- HUGE coffee w/ 1 T HWC
L- 4 slices bacon, 3 HB egg whites drizzled in chili sauce
D- more bacon :)... & organic spring salad (sliced cucumbers& cherry tomatoes tossed in an EVOO dressing)
sn- serving of pumpkin bake for dessert! ( I feel like I have handled myself very well with atkins bars up to this point so I am going to give a go at the pumpkin bake again and will be sure to exert more self control this time! I only made half a batch this time too so theres only a total of 3 servings that are available! Plus, I have been noticing that sometimes the bars give me weird digestive issues, and the pumpkin bake does not)

Along with this... Green tea & TONS of water.. probably 4-5 liters!

Hi! I love seeing what everyone is eating! Here is my first share on this type of thread:

All day- LOTS of water!
B- 4 oz avocado
L- celery, radishes, snap peas with garlic dip, coffee w/HWC
D- Meatballs and sausage in sauce, green beans with butter
S-Hmmm... I'm still left with 249 cal (up to 12 carbs, 26 fat, 30 protein) I'll have to think on that one!!

Dinner: 2 chicken thighs w/ homemade SF BBQ sauce and summer squash sauteed in butter and EVOO

L: bacon! Decaf tea

D: Onion soup and about 1/3 of a very salty :sick: burger patty that was topped with pepper Jack cheese and guacamole. I won't be going back to that place any time soon, that's for sure

Weight was up a bit this morning, probably from all that salt (not only the burger but the bacon and soup too)
