Atkins meals BOGO at Publix this week

At least they are at my local Publix. I checked several other sales ads by location and found the same deal in other areas.

Thanks.
I just got in to Naples and checked WM. they had none. Will go to Publix later or tomorrow to pick some up.

These frozen meals are DISGUSTING :(

The broccoli chicken al fredo is particularly bad -- it was actually inedible :(

Had bought 3 of them and had other people taste them to make sure it wasn't just me.

What a disappointment.....

Publix is a nice store, but I find its prices on non-sale items are about 30% higher on average than Walmart and Target superstores. I think the Atkins Frozen Meals are about $3.68 at my local walmart in Orlando, it will be interesting to see what the Atkins meals go for at Publix once they go off sale.

I shop at Publix due to convenience. Wal-Mart and Target are both about 20 minutes away from me, and I have to pass three Publix stores and an Aldi to get to them. Plus - I have problems with crowds - which I can avoid by going to Publix at strategic times. or Aldi almost anytime. To avoid crowds at Walmart I have to go in the middle of the night or very early in the morning. I usually buy most of my groceries at Aldi - and only go to Publix if I need to stop quickly on my way home from work, to pick up something I can't get at Aldi or if they have a good sale on something.

Anyway - the regular Publix price on the meals is $3.99. Too expensive for regular consumption - pretty good when on BOGO. I have to brave Walmart after work today to pick up something else - so I'll take a peek to see what their prices on the meals are. Just for comparison sake.

Oooh, thanks for the head's up!! You cannot beat the BOGOs at Publix. Sometimes when combined with coupons they beat any other store in town!! $2 a meal for Atkins seems pretty nice to me.

The Atkins meals at my local Wal-Mart are $3.48. So that's a much better deal! I'm going to stock up while it's BOGO at Publix - but if I need them in the future, I'll be braving Wal-Mart again.
