Seems no thread started so here it is and I will be back when I have decided what is on my menu for today.:)

L - sort of Linda's Mexican Lasagna, used sausage and a can of Ro-tel! D - same thing as lunch! Snacks - pork rinds, almonds if needed I also am guilty of tasting my co-workers taco salad bake, but only 1 bite. |

Eating a cold/flu prevention diet today, so not taking into account calories, protein, fat or any ratios.
B: BPC, then a dose of Vit D3, TB of EVCO, Omega 3. A bit later grapefruit seed extract, ACV, multivitamin, vit C and Zinc. L: leafy greens with chicken, avocado and nori flakes, dressed in olive oil. A cup of chicken broth with some kerrygold and seasalt. Another dose of Vit D3, coconut oil, Omega 3 and vit C and Zinc and ACV and grapefruit seed extract. D: Another dose of all the vitamins, grapefruit seed extract and ground beef and pork browned in coconut oil with cayenne pepper and paprika and seasalt maybe with a garnish of baby spinach and a clove of raw garlic. Dessert: a cup of ginger tea with ACV. I have had the beginnings of a blocked nose this morning, and I feel tired. At the rate of all the sick people we now have not working (after they came in to work and spread their germs, thanks very much), I may not have managed to avoid getting whatever it is they have. Hopefully by nourishing myself properly I will be able to avoid the worst of it. |

L: Leftover lc chicken noodle soup-I made it with shiritaki noodles and it turned out delicious D: Chipotle chicken salad-Fund raiser tonight for the elementary school. Chipotle is donating 50% of their profits to my son's class if you bring in a flyer. |

Day 200 for me today! No cheats, honest food diary kept EVERY day :) I can't believe it's been this long. If I'd totally given up the booze (which I haven't, though have cut down a lot) I'd be at goal by now, oh well!
Breakfast 2 pints black coffee, no sweeteners Lunch 2 fried duck eggs 4 rashers bacon 4 fried mushrooms Dinner Chicken Sundhi (chicken thighs, onion, garlic, ginger, ground coriander, cumin, chilli powder, turmeric, fresh coriander, green pepper, mushrooms, dried fenugreek leaves, 3/4 cup chopped tomatoes, 125g plain yogurt, chicken stock) Salad leaves Yogurt and cucumber raita, chilli pickle |

D: Beef "nachos" (I sliced some chuck roast into 1" squares about 1/4" thick and browned them, melted cheese over then added shredded lettuce, avocado, sour cream and jalapenos. Eat with a fork but tasty.) S: depends, the nachos were really filling! |

I was ravenous when I came home Thursday night. Luckily I thought fast and made fried chicken fingers from frozen chicken breast tenders. A quick micro thaw, and I tried something new and breaded them in coconut flour (which I seasoned). They turned out pretty good and I was 'protein satisfied'. Next time, I'll add a bit more salt though.
