It's all a state of mind
Once I was able to relax and stop obsessing over why I was losing so slow and begin focusing on the fact that I felt so much better and was really enjoying the foods that I was able to eat, I actually started losing faster.
Maybe my body got the message that we were in this for the long haul and it shifted into gear? ![]() Regardless, I just don't worry about it any more. I just do what I do and lose what I lose and the sun will come up tomorrow.... |
