I would say that not working out with low carb has NOT hepled me. I have to exercise. Now I just need someone to tell me to get moving.

In January I lost 15.5 pounds with no exercise, At the beginning of February I lost 1 pound but decided I should start exercising - I started exercising on February 13 and I haven't lost a pound since. I'm still low carbing (induction levels) and I drink over 2 liters of water a day. I'm in ketosis, but nothing. I'm not willing to give up exercise because I want to tone as a lose - I just wish I would lose!

I'd be surprised if there isn't a chorus of yeses.
But correlation is not causality. A person that is conscientious about working out is also someone that will tend to be conscientious about how they eat if for no other reason than to safeguard their hard work in the gym. Attitude determines altitude. |
