Well, olive oil, avocados, nuts, coconut oil and all that are good for you, so they kind of aren't totally off base. (nothing wrong with animal fats, but there are other sources, like these, that "both sides" agree are healthy

But they weren't talking about oils/fats in that question. (That was a different question.) They were talking about CARBOHYDRATES.
And they're trying to tell me that animal fat CONTAINS CARBOHYDRATES (it doesn't), and that therefore I should avoid it. |
