B: 2 eggs with turkey crumbles cooked in CO
l: Smoked turkey leg, green beans
d. Wendy's baconator hamburger with out the buns :shake:

My weight is up today at 182.4. I know why. Will be more accountable and make better choices the rest of the week.

L: 1/4 cup chicken salad
D: maybe 1/2 chicken burger if hungry

L: Greek salad w/ feta, olive oil based Greek dressing
D: Chicken, homemade creamed spinach

Snacks: almonds, extra sharp cheddar cheese, TBSP natural peanut butter mixed w/ cocoa powder and coconut oil (dessert!)

I'm so happy to be back on track so I can participate in this thread every day. It is so motivating and encouraging...not to mention helpful because I get to steal everyone's great ideas. ;)

B- bacon with eggs scrambled with 1/2 C green peppers, 1/4 C cheese, 1 tbsp HWC, garlic salt and bacon grease. Coffee with CO and HWC
L- Nowhere near hungry enough to even semi plan for lunch. Probably some ground turkey with celery.

Skipped dinner because I wasn't hungry. I kind of want a snack now but it's so close to bedtime. I think I'll just wait and eat a big breakfast in the morning. :)
