B: 2 eggs with turkey crumbles cooked in CO l: Smoked turkey leg, green beans d. Wendy's baconator hamburger with out the buns :shake: My weight is up today at 182.4. I know why. Will be more accountable and make better choices the rest of the week. |

L: Greek salad w/ feta, olive oil based Greek dressing D: Chicken, homemade creamed spinach Snacks: almonds, extra sharp cheddar cheese, TBSP natural peanut butter mixed w/ cocoa powder and coconut oil (dessert!) I'm so happy to be back on track so I can participate in this thread every day. It is so motivating and encouraging...not to mention helpful because I get to steal everyone's great ideas. ;) |
