Sweetners. Which one?

Liquid or powdered Splenda? Or do you prefer something else?

I use a brand of liquid Splenda that I buy online. Zero carbs, unlike the powdered version. I also use the occasional SF syrup (Torani or Da Vinci), also sweetened with 0 carb Splenda.

Powdered sweeteners usually have carbs. Try to get the liquid if you can. I've found that I really have to read labels to avoid hidden carbs.

I love erythritol and liquid stevia. I try not to use AS for the most part.

I'm with cfine, my sweetner of choice is erythritol. It has no effect on blood sugar.

For coffee and tea, I use liquid splenda or stevia. If I'm making a LC dessert, I like to use erythritol and liquid splenda.

Xylitol, erythritol and stevia. Have to be careful not to consume too much of the sugar alcohols. Xylitol in large amounts gives me stomach upset and erythritol causes raging thirst. They taste so good though, almost like sugar.
