Powdered sweeteners usually have carbs. Try to get the liquid if you can. I've found that I really have to read labels to avoid hidden carbs.

I'm with cfine, my sweetner of choice is erythritol. It has no effect on blood sugar.

Xylitol, erythritol and stevia. Have to be careful not to consume too much of the sugar alcohols. Xylitol in large amounts gives me stomach upset and erythritol causes raging thirst. They taste so good though, almost like sugar.
