Morning: 2 eggs, leftover cauli rice with mascarpone, yogurt with 1 slice pineapple
Evening: half roasted chicken breast with fake pesto sauce, stir fried radish with bacon, soy sprout salad |
B: earl grey tea with 1 half-and-half and 2 splenda
L: chicken breast with creamy cilantro sauce; egg salad with celery, red onion, and parsley in a mayo-based sauce D: Have a date to go wine tasting, and then will go out to dinner afterwards. Doubt I'll eat much, probably just pick at an appetizer or two. |

Dinner: Pot roast w/ cabbage and green beans Snack (if needed): celery with cream cheese |
3 pieces of bacon, 2 cups coffee w/HWC
1 hard boiled egg 1/2 smoked turkey leg, 1/2 serving coleslaw more turkey leg roast chicken and dessert sweet potatoes (as the kids call them) |
Finishing up the leftovers in the fridge and freezer:

Breakfast - McDonald's Sausgage McMuffin with egg (without the muffin), small McD's coffee with 3 creams and 4 Splenda packets
Lunch - Atkins Advantage creamy milk chocolate shake, 1.5 oz salt & vinegar almonds Supper - 1 broiled chicken thigh, mushrooms cooked in butter, salad with a few kalamata olives and Italian dressing Snack - Arizona Arnold Palmer diet iced tea/lemonade, thinking of having a fat bomb or some cream cheese |
