It may only be 13 pounds, but I can tell a huge difference from shopping today! No knee hurting, the right one usually pops out of place when I walk a lot, not today. Or maybe its just 'cause I zipped these pants without lying on the bed

That's awesome! It's funny how what seems like a small number of pounds can make such a difference. I'm 15 pounds down from my restart weight and I feel loads better physically and emotionally.

I'm at 21 down, now, but, I definitely felt it even at 10. And honestly, one week in I felt it. My hips and joints didn't ache from eating so much garbage, no more chronic headaches, no more stomach issues, and my pants fitting better is definitely awesome!
