Could be normal depending on what you normally eat. Brain uses 100 carbs a day, and in general your liver stores about 300 carbs. So if you ate 0 carbs you could be looking at about 3 days. Also exercise/activity could increase the rate of carb depletion I would imagine.

I've felt like I've entered ketosis as fast as one day before, but I don't know if I truely did. It may have just been that I didn't experience a full blown induction flu on those attempts.

I think I'm in the same lucky boat, I knocked myself out of ketosis last Saturday and now I'm feeling in ketosis again (no hunger, metallic taste in my mouth etc.). Can't test it because I haven't got the strips, but I'm sure I'm back in it. It only took < 10 g carbs on Sunday and one hour of fasted cardio.

When I first started LC 12 or so years ago, it took me two or three days to feel like I was in ketosis. In the last couple of years, though, it has only been hours, maybe half a day. I think maybe your body gets better about it, so even if you go off, it has any easier transition when you go back on. I never get any kind of flu symptoms anymore, either. When I start I usually aim for as low as I can go on the carbs (like 7 to 10 grams) and eat all the fat I want.

I've had it kick in that fast. Have you been out of it or a good while? I think my body has adapted and thinks it is normal, so goes into it faster now.
