Just went on a business trip had naked wings @ logan's roadhouse and OMG!!!!:sing::sing::clap::jumpjoy: They were delicious!!! I had no weight gain from eating them along with vegetable skewers and unsweet tea.

So I picked up a bag of drummettes at the grocery store today. Came home and seasoned them . I deep fried them naked. I ate 11 of them. It is so hard to believe that all of that was zero carb. I was so amazed @ how crispy the are when they are fried naked. Today I used mrs dash for chicken , pepper and season salt. When taken out of the fryer, I sprinkled parmesan and garlic powder on some. I melted butter added hot sauce to the butter and drenched the remaining ones. Yuuuuummmmmyy!!! :clap::) :yummy:
Those of you who deep fry naked wings .......what seasonings do you use on them? Im wanting more ideas please

Skinless wings? Or is it the skin that crisps up?

I have started baking my instead of frying. It's easier. I use Frank's Hot Sauce and butter.

I do exactly like cfine and love them! Shove 'em in the oven and walk away. yum

I used to Fry-Daddy a lot and used everything to season stuff. Try rolling them damp in a dish full of italian seasonings, garlic powder, onion powder,paprika, parmesan cheese and pepper for pizza wings. nomnomnom
