Hello all, I have been lurking for a while but decided that joining the conversation would probably be helpful on this meaty journey.

Brunch: 2 strips of thick cut bacon, 2 over-medium eggs, an individually wrapped LOL cheddar cheese, 8 almonds.
S: a dill pickle
D: 2 chicken thighs roasted with olive oil and seasonings and 3 broccoli spears with cheddar cheese sprinkled on them.
(probably later) S: 5 slices of pepperoni w/ cheese and mustard
