Fantastic. That is a big drop in a week. All weeks won't be as great, but you never know. This program does work.

That's awesome! I'm something like 42% to my goal after one week. Hopefully I can keep it up!

Oh, FYI, I believe the disqualify you if you lose more than 3 times your goal weight, so be careful not to lose that much every week!

ETA: Of course if you did lose that much, maybe it would be worth losing the $20!
