So far today, 2 pints of black coffee, no sweeteners. 2 fried eggs, 6 strips streaky bacon and 2 fried mushrooms. Planning to have an avocado with prawns and Marie Rose sauce later, and then moussaka this evening. I may not fit all that in, as it's lunchtime already and I've just eaten!

I went a wee bit overboard last night for dinner. It was on plan, but then I shared dessert with dh. It wasn't even worth it, but I have to restart so here goes:
B/L: Late start, so I had a late breakfast/early lunch. Egg over easy on a sausage patty; ice tea D: Grilled garlic prawns and a salad with Caesar dressing Water and ice tea today |
