I have just started trying these. Rinse, sit, rinse, sit, rinse. I like mine with a sauce on top. Actually, I add it to crack and it is fantastic. I really like it. I can get it locally where it is 1 carb or off the net for zero carbs. Either way, I find it a good addition to my cupboard. I decided that it is very accommodating. I put white sauce on it. The rago cheese sauce with meat balls and these is especially decadent. Enjoy them.

I just had them for the first time last week (after years of hearing how wonderful they are), and I really liked them. The ones I got at the Natural Grocers (House Foods brand) have 3 carbs per serving. I used them in spagetti and was pleasantly surprised at their taste and texture. They did need a good rinsing though, because they have a fishy odor when you take them out of the package.

What kind of texture does Sea Tangle noodle have. Is it close to Shirataki? I have a hard time with the texture of Shirataki noodles, ESP the fetaccini noodles.

Try making some at home the homemade noodles have a better texture. The noodles with the higher carbs are prob. have tofu added.
