Measuring for inch loss
When you take measurements, do you do it naked or dressed? I ask because it seems as the pounds and inches come off, things deflate and sag a bit. For example, the fullest part of my chest is a little further south than it was two inches ago if I'm braless. Do I keep measuring there or is an under the breast/ rib cage measurement more accurate? Would measuring in a bra, using the same one each time be better?
Thanks! Monica |

I do it naked, and yes, the chest measurement is done right under the breasts, not across them.

I measure under the breast naked for a chest measurement. But I wear a bra for the bust measurement across the fullest part of the bust.
