It's FRIDAY! What Are You Eating Today?
Morning all. :hiya:
Brekky: Two rashers of bacon, two fried eggs and a coffee with single cream and dulce de leche da vinci. Lunch: Italian chicken salad from Pret a Manger consisting of lettuce, cucumber, tomato, roasted red pepper, black olives, pecorino cheese, chicken, mayo and pistachios. Dinner: Today is my birthday so I am being treated to homemade chicken fajitas made with Mama Lupe tortillas, chicken, peppers, onion, lettuce, soured cream, salsa, guacamole and cheese. Plus at least two litres of water, a berocca and maybe a glass of white wine or two. :) |

Got up late and was in a hurry
B - turkey, cheese & bacon, sort of made a sammich :) L - will be Subway, salad with double chicken, cucumber, onion, green pepper, cheese and ranch D - it's bowling night so I'll grab something out of the fridge before we go and no Jack tonight! |

B: 3 pieces bacon, 1 egg fried in coconut oil , nasty coffee w/HWC L: Shredded crockpot chicken breast w/ cheese melted on top banana cream pie Carbmaster yogurt, 2 small Mt. Olive pickles. A&W diet root beer D: ??????? I really hate cooking on Friday nights. I get lazy and order $5.99 Domino's pizzas for family and wings for me. We will see. |

For the 1st time, I put coconut oil in my coffee and was not hungry for breakfast - yeah

L: A cup of all meat prime rib chili, topped with sharp cheddar and sour cream; ice tea
D: We are going out for a belated Valentine's dinner. I looked at the menu and it will more than likely be "Tournedos Maison" (filet mignon, one topped with bearnaise sauce and Dungeness crab, the other topped with mushrooms and demi glace). I'm sure dh will want to order lobster bisque and I will have some of that. And red wine Lots of water until dinner |
