Joined the challenge at work!
Every February we have a Commit To Be Fit challenge, 12 weeks long. You can do it alone or a group of 4, prize $$ too! I stepped on the scales and OMG!! But I can do it!
I'm also keeping track of what I eat every day, I've already plugged in every thing on today's menu, 19 carbs, 2100 calories and I can't remember the fat, it was high. And that's if I actually eat it all!
These, plus the on-line challenge I'm in, I HOPE I'M A LOSER!!! :hyst:
