It's THURSDAY! What Are You Eating Today?
 
Morning all.

Breakfast: Dark chocolate Atkins shake.

Lunch: Tuna mayo with lettuce, onion and gherkin.

Dinner: Chicken mini fillets in parmesan cream sauce with mushrooms and asparagus.

Snacks: Peperami, babybel.

Plus at least two litres of water and a berocca.

I have tomorrow and Monday off work as tomorrow is my birthday and Monday I really need to get an assignment done for my OU degree!! So may not be about again til next week. :)

Thursday at last! :) Weekend is near!

Morning: 3 eggs scrambled with chives, 3 oz aged cheese
Evening: curried chicken breast with cream, warm cucumber salad, green salad

Fat fast day, I ate too much protein so the scale bumped up 4 pounds.

B: coffee w/ HWC, diet root beer float w/ HWC
S: 1 oz mac nuts
L: 2 oz cream cheese
S: 2 oz cream cheese
D: romaine w/ 1.5T olive oil

Pumpkin oat pancakes for breakfast, since today is my spinning class day, and the fourth day of my carb rotations. I've had three days of low carb, higher fat. Time to crank it up.

+ probably a couple of vodka & diet cokes

totals will probably be near 1500-1600 calories for the day. A little over but its valentines day!! Will stay completely on plan with carb levels!

Kind of an odd day for me. I feel that I've lost a little too fast this week, so I'm being a bit liberal today. Plus I will be indulging for valentine's day with the guy I'm dating. Back on plan this weekend, except for probably Saturday night when I am celebrating with the girls.

My question was if you were having cheddar cheese or if "cheddar salad" was a dish of its own. Like "macaroni salad" would be its own dish....

Sorry, I'm so dumb :o

I don't do anything with it, my salads are basically mixed leaves, tomato, onions and whatever I'm throwing in it, today being cheese.

Clare it's cos in the UK if we say ham/cheese/egg salad we mean that main ingredient served with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, pepper etc... Whereas in the US, salad seems to mean that main ingredient mixed with mayo and seasonings. x
