It's WEDNESDAY! What are you eating?

Good morning!!

coffee/hwc x 2 and 1 vco
little piece of leftover salmon and dill sauce
1/2 avocado with balsamic vinegar
Asian pork burger on a l/c roll and romaine, mayo and red onion

TOTALS: 9g net carbs 82g fat 50g protein

B: Green Tea with HWC/EVCO/Praline Davinci - I like this much better than the Pumpkin Pie Davinci
L: Shrimp with LC cocktail sauce and an avocado
D: Triple from Wendy's add bacon no bun/ketchup; 1/2 BLT Cobb

S: Primal Fudge, cheesecake muffin, babybel, bacon if needed

1 gallon of water with ACV

Haven't been doing so great on my water the last two days - and this morning my wedding ring is tight again. Will do better today!

Met our kids at McD's last night so the grandbaby could run around and play. I was a good girl and had a salad, even though McD's french fries are my all.time.favorites. Hubby and I went dressed for the gym, so it was easier to say no. Right after dinner we spent 1.5 hrs sweating it out in the gym so the gain on the scale again today isn't bothering me. I'll get to goal eventually, it just might not be as soon as I would like.

B - lc bowl
L - either turkey & green beans OR beef merlot
D - pork steak & brussel sprouts

coffee & lemon water

First day home after being away for 6 weeks - breakfast was my usual black coffee, then my husband took me out for lunch in the local pub - roast pork belly and braised cabbage with bacon. Really tasty - and I think that'll probably be it for today - I'm stuffed!

Afternoon! I have been training for most of the day so only got an hour and a half of 'proper' work left to get through whoop!

Brekky: Two rashers of bacon, two fried eggs and a coffee with toasted marshmallow da vinci and single cream.

Lunch: Tuna mayo with lettuce, onion and gherkin. Plus a Diet Coke.

Dinner: Two hamburger patties from Burger King with bacon, cheese, lettuce, onion and tomato.

Snacks: Peperami, two lemon clouds.

Plus at least two litres of water and a berocca.

I'm at my all-time low right now, so keeping on plan and doing great. Tomorrow the guy I'm dating is making me vegetable lasangna for valentine's day, and I'm ordering a cake, so will definitely be indulging. Therefore, healthy as possible today.

L: ceasar salad with shaved parmesan and rare salmon
D: Tuna salad with extra green peppers, red onion, cilantro with a fried egg on top

B- Green tea, coffee w/ 1 T HWC
L- 1 cup homemade soup, 3 slices bacon
D- more homemade soup, 4 slices bacon
sn- 1/3 of an atkins bar
I feel like all I ever eat is soup.. but its yummy, lc, and keeps me full!

totals = 1,175 calories, 17 total carbs, 10 net.

Usually my carbs are closer to 20 net but I am also going out to dinner tomorrow with my hunnie. I'm "indulging" by ordering a big rib eye w/ either steamed veggies or a salad w/ no dressing, but it still makes me nervous going to places without truly knowing whats going into the food, so im staying more low carb than usual.

I am also doing the warrior diet as well so I have not eaten yet. But this is what I will be having tonight during my eating phase:

1 can of tuna with 3 tbsp mayo, salsa and mustard
4 scrambled eggs
4 oz of macadamia nuts with unsweetened cocunut milk and 1 tbsp of cocoa powder mixed in. It's just like eating cereal with chocolate milk. It also helps keep my fat waaaayyyyy up

BPC w/cayenne pepper and cinnamon

Double Baconator w/1tbl mayo (sans bun/ketchup); substitute Cheddar instead of American cheese
Side Salad (no carrots) w/Marzetti Classic Ranch
(this meal was around 1000Cal! I did not do the math first so had to take it easy the rest of the day! A delicious eye opener! )

8oz Sauteed green beans w/1tbl peanut oil and 4tbl PB2
6 jumbo grilled shrimp.
(So full after this...)

Giant Iced Decaf Americano w/6pumps skinny mocha sauce from Starbucks. (I will ease up to 4pumps next time because it was really sweet!)
