B: coffee, black; eggs and ham
D: burger patty topped w/weight watchers cheese wedge(like laughing cow); roasted asparagus
Snack: frozen peaches microwaved with a pat of butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon
S: small ribeye steak; zucchini noodles w/a little pasta sauce and parmesan

Morning.

Breakfast: Two boiled eggs, two rashers of bacon and a coffee with single cream and toasted marshmallow da vinci.

Lunch: Crayfish mixed with mayo, tomato puree, lemon juice and paprika with lettuce, cucumber and avocado.

Dinner: In honour of pancake day (do you guys celebrate pancake day in the US?) I will be having a Mama Lupe low carb tortilla topped with homemade whipped cream and a raspberry coulis made from fresh raspberries and splenda. Yum!!

Snacks: Peperami, babybel if needed.

Plus at least two litres of water and a berocca.

B- one egg and some mushrooms fried in coconut oil, coffee with cream
L- pate salad with mayo
D- heading to see Top Hat at the theatre tonight (perk of my job ) so have brought dinner with me- two boiled eggs mashed with mayo, chorizo and some smoked cheese
S- Starbucks filter with pouring cream

Yes we celebrate Shrove Tuesday/pancake day but I don't think it's as popular here as it is in other countries

Pancake Day? Is that related to Fat Tuesday? Today is FatTuesday, day before lent, and those who celebrate are currently engaging in all sorts of debauchery and over eating in preparation for the restraint and calm of lent. I wish I was in Trinidad right now.

B: Green Tea with HWC/EVCO/Pumpkin Pie Davinci - Didn't much care for the Pumpkin Pie Davinci.
L: 4oz shrimp with LC cocktail sauce, 1.5 oz celery and 1oz carrot with Bleu Cheese
D: Grilled pork chops and asparagus

S: bacon and cheese, maybe a cheese cake muffin

Went out to eat breakfast w/friend and blew most of my calories so I went over a bit for the total day. No worries, though!

Breakfast/Lunch:
3 egg omlette w/bacon, muenster cheese, and mushrooms
side of spinach, onions, and olive oil
BPC w/cayenne pepper and cinnamon

Dinner:
10 buffalo chicken wings from walmart
(i could literally eat wings everyday....one of the things I love about LC!)
