Start Date: 8/20/14 for yet another time
I hope this plan works!

I'm going to do all my cooking tomorrow for my week at work (I work Wed-Sat). Then the rest of my work food will be snacks of cheese sticks, pork rinds, etc that I can keep stashed there. That's the plan anyway, I've never done a weeks worth of cooking before.

I find that when I cook as much as possible in advance, that I am more successful. I like to cook at least 2 things every Sunday. Some are portioned out for lunches, a quiche or egg muffins for easy breakfasts, and some are put into individual portions for the freezer. Those make great, quick, lunches towards the end of the week.

I do chicken in the crock pot every Sunday so that I can take a small container of cooked chicken and a veg to work for lunch eat day. Now if I can just get the person at work to stop bringing in donuts and McDonald's every morning!

I agree, planning is key. I make up breakfast eggs with ham cheese and veggies in muffin tins, bake them, place two in each container and freeze them to bring to work for breakfast. I also make up salads in prepared bowls, stack them in the fridge. low carb chocolate cupcakes (made from beans of course, soy beans for extra low carb) as desert. snacks are jerky and cheese and cut up veggies and roasted red pepper humus.

Soooooo, what are you making tomorrow?
I'm making a big batch of wings tonight to have on hand throughout the week. Then, I'll make a big batch of bone broth from the bones over the weekend.

I only cook 2 days a week so I don't have to cook on days I work. After 10 hours at work I would just eat junk if I was not prepared.

This week I made gumbo and a turkey stroganoff. I do weight watchers so it is not always low carb.
