A little motivation
Ok so I thought I'd try to give some of us in the slow weight loss lane a little motivation! Last week I didn't lose anything and I was completely devastated after eating clean and working out a lot. So this week I dropped 5 pounds!! I've heard so many people on here say some weeks you won't lose anything and then bam you drop a bunch... Didn't believe it until I saw it! I also started looking at my body naked in the mirror and I can not believe how thin I've gotten; I'm gonna start measuring myself as well to see what inches I'm losing. Last week was great, not only lost 5 pounds but I fit into my size 6 jeans that I haven't fit into in 8 months, and finally I am in the 150's (159)!!! So I will say that all last week I did make sure I started drinking 2 liters of water daily and I decreased my calories slightly (maybe at most knocked off 150 calories per day). I hope this helps anyone feeling down because they are doing everything they can but still not seeing the scale cooperate; give it time because Atkins is amazing!
