It's MONDAY! What Are You Eating Today?

Morning all.

Breakfast: It's snowing again and I was in a rush to leave the house for work so I could get in on time. I boiled some eggs but you know when they just won't peel and they break into millions of pieces? Yeah, that. So they are still in my kitchen sink and I grabbed an Atkins chocolate decadence advantage bar instead. Plus a coffee with single cream and toasted marshmallow da vinci.

Lunch: Lettuce, cucumber, red pepper and avocado with crayfish, mayo and a tiny squeeze of tomato puree.

Dinner: Two cheese and bacon hamburgers with lettuce, gherkins, mustard and mayo.

Snacks: Peperami, babybel if needed.

Plus at least two litres of water and a berocca.

Hi all

B- 3 slices of bacon with a tablespoon of cream cheese, coffee with cream
L- I'm at an event today where I just knew the lunch would be sandwiches so I came prepared with 2 boiled eggs mashed with mayo and some sliced chorizo
D- pate salad with mayo

Well, I had an awesome weekend, but really indulged so I'm up a few pounds. I have a Valentine's day date on Thursday, so you better believe I will be on plan all week!

B: a few hot chicken wings with blue cheese dressing

D: small ribeye; cauliflower 'rice' steamed and topped w/butter
Snack: pb cup hot cocoa*
S: the rest of the ribeye, cooked w/peppers and green onions

PB cup hot cocoa:
1 cup +2T vanilla unsweetened almond breeze*
1tsp (heaping) dark cocoa powder
1/2tsp PB2 (optional)
2-3T torani peanut butter s/f syrup
Small pinch of salt

Mix the 2T almond milk with the cocoa powder, salt and PB2(if using) until smooth.
Place the syrup and remaining almond milk in a cup and microwave until very hot. Stir the cocoa/almond milk mixture into the hot almond milk until dissolved.
Add more syrup if you like.
*if you have plain, add 2 drops vanilla extract to it. It needs the vanilla to make the cocoa taste more like chocolate than cocoa.

nothing yet....

did not want to eat before dental procedure. now i will not be able to eat until the novocaine wears off. It's gonna be chinese ribs- I will order 2 large orders(no bbq sauce of course). but i promise to eat it slowly, and stop when i am no longer hungry. Portion control will be an issue for me until my last day. Love & Profits: FLATFERENGHI

Hello! Been lazy about tracking for a few days. I have a cold. Poor me.

Breakfast:
BPC coffee w/cayenne pepper, cinnamon, and 1tsp dark unsweeted cocoa powder.
(I know this sounds strange, but it tastes really good to me...)

Lunch:
1oz Pork Rinds w/1/4c sour cream
5 proscuitto and mozzarella rolls
6oz shredded cabbage w/4tbl light ranch dressing

Dinner:
6oz brussel sprouts browned/burned in fish sauce, peanut oil, and coconut aminos
4oz can tuna
2tbl peanut butter
(mixed altogether. de-lish)

Snack:
BPC w/cayenne and cinnamon
