Vacation Surprise
 

We're vacationing, for my birthday right now. Meeting up with family today, played by ourselves yesterday.

I did fairly good, staying OP. My big "splurge" was some berries at breakfast (AFTER a bunch of Lox, bacon, eggs, and butter).

Then, dinner.... This was the Big Birthday Dinner.

Warm gorgonzola steak salad looked (and TASTED!) really good, but you're never going to believe what was on the desert menu!


LC CHEESECAKE!!!!

It was billed as "sugar free" on the menu... but ended by saying, "3 net carbs". So I ordered it! :D

In all honesty, it wasn't quite as good as mine. The first bite had a powerful SOUR taste that was rather surprising (and NOT sumptuous). But that was just the first bite -- the rest was good. :)

Always nice to find a pleasant surprise on the menu. I made suire to mention to the manage how glad I was to find it.

That's so cool! Wish more resturants has LC or sf desserts!
