It's SUNDAY! What Are You Eating Today?

Morning all.

Brekky: Two rashers of bacon, two boiled eggs and a Costa Americano with single cream and splenda.

Lunch: Tuna mayo with lettuce and gherkin.

Dinner: Chicken thigh and two drumsticks roasted in lemon, parsley and butter served with roasted courgette, red pepper and mushrooms. For dessert I'm think a Mama Lupe low carb wrap with homemade whipped cream and raspberries cooked down into a coulis with splenda. Yum!

Snacks: Peperami, babybel if needed.

Plus at least two litres of water and a berocca.

Breakfast was 2 pints of black coffee - saving myself for lunch later.

Off out for a pub Sunday lunch today, so it'll be roast beast of some kind, then will swap my roasties and Yorkie for my cousin's husband's 'green stuff' (he won't eat veg) and tuck in. Maybe a cheese board for afters, depends how full I am. I may also treat myself to a Bloody Mary before lunch!

I'm thinking about making guacamole for supper - with potato wedges for Dad, and a salad for me. I love Sundays!

thick hunk of sharp cheddar slathered with peanut butter
1/2 diet A&W root beer
3 pork rinds

roasting a chicken for dinner with mock cauliflower potatoes and cheddar cheese
