21 day sugar detox
 
Just wanted to see if anyone else has heard of this.. I downloaded the ebook the other day, printed it and plan on starting this monday...
Its pretty much a cross between Paleo (whole30) and atkins induction (minus the dairy)

Anyone else try it or heard of it, or maybe insterested on doing it with me?

Never heard of it.... but tell me why cheese is not allowed on a 21 day SUGAR detox?

there are 3 levels of the detox..
on the 2nd and third level its allowed.. grass fed full fat dairy

but on level 1 dairy is omitted.. (I usually follow a paleo diet so im going full force with the hardest level lol)

I haven't heard of it, but it sounds like a healthy way to go.
