Birthday was yesterday and now back on LC today here (I've only gained 5lbs since I've been off plan in 2010- it's more about feeling better than weight loss (iron anemia, crohn's, (stable) Stage III Follicular NHL, and arthritic bone and joint pain).
B: coffee with coconut oil hwc (I'm not a breakfast eater, lol) L: Deli sliced chicken, ice burg lettuce, provolone cheese rolls Snack: (right now) 6 baked ranch cheese chips (yum!) D: baked dijon/lemon salmon, small salad, 3 frozen raspberries in 1tbsp hwc for dessert |
