Good morning!! Snow is over and now it is sunny and very bright!!

D: tuna salad(tuna and mayo)
S: not sure but fresh asparagus will be included
Coffee w/cream top organic HWC
2 sausage links and 1 egg fried in coconut oil
Errands today, so maybe a Chipotle chicken salad loaded w/ guacamole
B: chorizo and eggs w/cheese and salsa
L: beef and veggie soup
D: not sure yet, likely going out so probably a salad with some form of meat on it
1 pint black de-caff coffee, no sweeteners
2 fried duck eggs
3 rashers bacon
1 grilled tomato
2 home made burgers
Blue cheese dressing
Shallot/tomato puree chilli sauce
And it was all wonderful :) Out for a pub Sunday lunch tomorrow!

D- cauliflower mashed with garlic butter
S- it's the weekend so it's clotted cream this evening for me, yum!

L- Broccoli & cheese soup
D- broccoli & cheese soup, & bacon .. Im on a soup kick :)
Snack- if needed 1/3 of an atkins bar
+ lots of water!
Birthday was yesterday and now back on LC today here (I've only gained 5lbs since I've been off plan in 2010- it's more about feeling better than weight loss (iron anemia, crohn's, (stable) Stage III Follicular NHL, and arthritic bone and joint pain).
B: coffee with coconut oil hwc (I'm not a breakfast eater, lol)
L: Deli sliced chicken, ice burg lettuce, provolone cheese rolls
Snack: (right now) 6 baked ranch cheese chips (yum!)
D: baked dijon/lemon salmon, small salad, 3 frozen raspberries in 1tbsp hwc for dessert
B-coconut flour pancakes, turkey bacon
L-pistachios and cheese
D-chicken fajita meat w.lettuce sour cream and guac
I never eat chips and salsa, but we went to a mexican rest. today that is far away from our home(thank God!) and they have the BEST salsa ever! Anyway, I ate the chips and salsa. I can't imagine how many carbs it had in it. That's my cheat for the month :)
B: Green Tea with HWC/EVCO/Davincis
L: Pork rinds and sour cream
D: Stuffed peppers and green beans
B: Eggs scrambled with bacon, red and green bell peppers, topped with feta
L: I had a cup of split pea and ham soup. I had no idea there were that many carbs in it :eek: I mean, they are the good carbs but still...
D: Probably a salad, either with grilled blackened chicken or steak and blue cheese dressing
