I am finally a normal BMI again

. After many detours and roundabouts and taking the scenic route, I am within my goal range ... I have been low carbing for years and I always fall off the wagon, but I manage to crawl back on eventually...when i am in the low carb groove there is nothing that can tempt me

. I love this forum and all the support...thanks everyone for so much information

I just feel really good about this way of eating this time...like I have finally found a way to make it stick. I am planning out my meals and not allowing myself to get over hungry, I feel that I can actually do this for life...when I avoid sugar and flour my life just happens...no obsessing about food

. I love that...for the life of me I can't imagine why I fall off the wagon when I feel so good riding on top of it.

This sentence really spoke to me this afternoon. Thanks for sharing it. The last couple of weeks I've been sick and eating "comfort" food--when I got on the scale I no longer felt so comforted.

Back to LCF for the real support.
